Role Overview
As a Senior ML Engineer, you’ll be a hands-on builder of AI models and infrastructure. You’ll work closely with product teams to turn messy data into production-grade ML systems. This role is ideal for someone who loves experimenting, shipping fast, and solving real business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and train models for NLP, computer vision, recommendation, and predictive systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to build ML-powered features.
- Own data pipelines: preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize models in production.
- Conduct model experiments and A/B testing to evaluate impact.
- Document experiments and help establish best practices for the ML team.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in Machine Learning, Data Science, or Applied AI.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with end-to-end model lifecycle, from data wrangling to deployment.
- Familiar with MLOps tools like Airflow, MLflow, Docker, and model monitoring.
- Experience with REST APIs and ML service deployment (Flask, FastAPI).
- Strong grasp of statistics and model performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and communicate ideas clearly.
Nice to Have
- Experience with transformer-based models and LLM fine-tuning.
- Exposure to domain-specific AI (real estate, automotive, e-commerce).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
