We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 3+ years of proven experience in the tech services industry. This role requires strong ownership in identifying high-value opportunities, managing end-to-end business development, and applying a strategic mindset to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships, as well as translating complex technical solutions into compelling business value for our clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the technology/software industry
- Strong understanding of technology services such as web development, mobile applications, SaaS, and digital transformation
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in CRM tools, proposal documentation, and data analysis tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the complete cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Identify and qualify new business leads within the [SaaS/FinTech/AI/etc.] space using data-driven market research in local and international markets
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with company growth targets
- Conduct high-level client meetings to understand business needs and propose tailored tech solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, cost estimates, timelines, and commercial agreements
- Collaborate closely with technical, delivery, and marketing teams for solution alignment
- Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools
- Nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and client feedback to refine sales strategies
