About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with over 2 years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team. You’ll be responsible for managing infrastructure, automating deployments, monitoring systems, and ensuring reliable and scalable operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable smooth and efficient development and deployment cycles.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Implement robust monitoring and alerting solutions
- Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Ensure system security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place and tested.
- Maintain and improve containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, and proactively suggest system improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps role.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.).
- Understanding of version control systems (Git) and branching strategies.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with security best practices in cloud and DevOps workflows.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, Load Balancers, VPC, Firewalls).
- Exposure to microservices architecture.
- Certification in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes is a plus.
