Role Overview
We are looking for a Mid-Level Frontend Developer who is passionate about building responsive, high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate has solid experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, a good eye for UI/UX, and the ability to collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js (or similar modern frameworks)
- Translate UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and scalable code
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend-related issues
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards
- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in frontend development
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Solid experience with React.js (hooks, state management, component lifecycle)
- Experience working with RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
- Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Nice to Have (Plus Points)
- Experience with frameworks/libraries such as Next.js, Redux, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD
- Knowledge of performance optimization and accessibility standards
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
