HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance. You will play a key role in building a strong workplace culture in a fast-paced technology environment.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR in the tech industry
  • Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with HR tools and job portals
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical interviews
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and related HR documents
  • Manage exit formalities, clearance, and exit interviews

Employee Engagement

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities
  • Assist in implementing recognition programs and internal communications
  • Conduct employee feedback and pulse surveys

HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems
  • Manage attendance and leave tracking
  • Ensure HR policies are implemented and followed consistently

Performance & Compliance

  • Assist in performance review cycles and appraisal processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
  • Support policy drafting and updates as needed

Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with department leads for workforce planning
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll and benefits processing
  • Prepare HR documents such as appointment letters, experience letters, and internal communications
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs and benefits administration
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information

Preferred Skills

  • Experience hiring for technical roles (software developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems
  • Understanding of tech company culture and workflows and tech stacks
  • Experience in employee engagement
