We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and building scalable web applications, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating closely with product and design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js for the frontend and Node.js for the backend.
- Build reusable, efficient, and scalable code across the stack.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs or GraphQL services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain code quality.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in architecture discussions and help define technical roadmaps.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, Hooks, and modern frontend libraries.
- Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, and server-side development.
- Hands-on experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with real-time applications (WebSockets, Socket.io).
