About the role
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. You will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of features from initial specification and risk assessment through proof of concept, implementation, deployment, and maintenance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable applications and robust integrations, actively contributing to architectural decisions and coding standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of features, from specification and risk assessment via Proof of Concepts to final deployment and maintenance of REST APIs and integrations.
- Build and maintain high-performance front-end and back-end codebases, participating in architectural design and actively contributing to codebase evolution.
- Drive product integration by developing new connections with external partners and enhancing existing integrations to improve functionality and performance.
- Lead by example in Agile team rituals, peer code reviews, and backend chapter discussions, helping align technical standards across the organization.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure that product needs are translated into reliable, scalable, and cost-effective technical solutions.
- Act as a collaborative team player by sharing expertise, mentoring peers, and enriching the team through tech chapters, workshops, and best practice exchanges.
What you’ll Bring
- Proven experience in full stack development, with 3+ years working with technologies including React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP/Symfony, SQL, and REST APIs. Experience with Node.js (Fastify or ExpressJS) is a plus.
- Confidence in translating product requirements into scalable solutions and accurate cost estimations while maintaining code quality in a production environment.
- Eagerness to contribute to technical discussions, collaborate across disciplines, and grow in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.
- Good command of English (spoken and written) is required
