Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Designer with more than 4 years of experience in web and visual design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality designs from concept to deployment, ensuring user-friendly interfaces and seamless functionality across all platforms. As a Senior Web Designer, you will collaborate with developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to build visually appealing, responsive, and scalable websites that adhere to modern design standards and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute all stages of visual design, from ideation to final hand-off to developers.
• Optimize websites for maximum user engagement, responsiveness, speed, and scalability.
• Follow industry and design best practices throughout the website development process.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of website logic.
• Ensure stability and functionality across various devices (desktop, mobile, and tablet).
• Partner with marketing and research teams to integrate brand elements and market research into website design.
• Provide internal support and handle external customer queries during the website build and launch phases.
• Present and defend design concepts and deliverables to peers, clients, and senior stakeholders.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards within the organization.
• Design engaging social media content and visuals that align with the brand’s identity.
• Continuously stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills.
• Strong understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML and CSS).
• Advanced proficiency in WordPress (DIVI) for building and customizing websites.
• Expertise in design and wireframing tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and how to incorporate them into web design.
• In-depth knowledge of UX/UI design principles and the ability to apply them creatively.
• Proficient in handling cross-browser compatibility issues and ensuring consistent design performance.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest web trends and design techniques.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate fresh ideas.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and a quick learner of new design techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey design concepts clearly.
